Most UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail First Class, despatched on the same or subsequent working day, once full payment has been approved by our card processor.

We aim to post fully-paid orders which have been approved by our card processor before 3pm to you on the same or subsequent working day. We do not dispatch orders at the weekend or on UK public holidays. Free postage does not apply to Clearance items, but they may be sent free if your order of full-price cards exceeds £15.
Please note that advent calendars may be dispatched in a packet which may not fit through your letter box.
Standard Delivery (UK only)
Most UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail First Class. However we reserve the right to despatch sale items by second class post or make alternative delivery arrangements for any goods if we see fit, and you (or someone at your address) may be required to sign for receipt. If no-one is in when delivery is attempted by alternative methods, a card will be left. Please telephone the number on the card and arrange redelivery at a time to suit.
Mail posted to UK addresses using the Royal Mail First Class service often arrives one working day after dispatch. However, if you wish to be absolutely safe, please allow at least one week for delivery during busy periods (e.g. the pre-Christmas period) especially if you are ordering large items such as advent calendars, which we find are usually slower to arrive.
Prints - these are despatched separately from the cards and may take up to 10 days for delivery.
Special Delivery (UK only)
If you opt for Special Delivery, your order will be delivered the next working day following despatch (by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier).
You (or someone at your address) will be required to sign for receipt. If no-one is available to take delivery, then a card will be left. Please follow the instructions to arrange re-delivery.
Please note that we are unable to provide Special Delivery to the BFPO and certain addresses in Northern Ireland, offshore islands of the UK and remote areas of the Scottish Highlands. If you have opted for Special Delivery to one of these areas, we will automatically downgrade your order to "Standard Delivery" and refund the appropriate amount.
Returns and Refunds Policy
If you change your mind about an order, you may be able to cancel it ('the cooling off period') before we despatch it, so do let us know - although we generally process orders within 24 hours.
If in the unlikely event that you are not completely happy with the order once delivered, let us know and you can cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days after receipt of items. Please return your cards to us iin the original condition and in their unopened cellophane packaging at your own expense for a full refund of your original cost.
