Wonderful painting of Palazzo Bembo in Venice. It is situated on the Grand Canal overlooking Rialto Bridge.
Ron Eardley is a Scottish artist who studied at Glasgow School of Art. After Art School he joined Scottish Television as a graphic designer where he became head of graphics. He continued to work independently alongside his employment and has undertaken many commissions for clients in the UK and abroad as an artist and book illustrator. He now paints full time. His chosen media are watercolour and gouache and his preferred subjects are urban landscapes with a strong architectural content. He travels a lot and the inspiration gained from foreign travel is reflected in many of his paintings especially those of the streets and waterways of Venice which he visits frequently. He has become well known in Scotland and has taken part in a number of Art Fairs in Glasgow and London.
